Delivery times vary depending on when you order.
[Regular products]
Delivery will take place within 2-3 business days. During peak periods delivery will take place within 3-4 business days.
[Pre-order items] After placing your order, your items will be shipped according to the delivery date shown on the product page.
In the unlikely event that the delivery date is delayed, we will contact you via the email address you registered.
*Please note that payment for products, whether regular or pre-order, will be made at the time of purchase.
We do not accept combined shipping of multiple orders after the order has been completed.

We take every precaution when inspecting products, but if you receive a defective product, we regret to inform you that we will replace it.
Returns are only accepted if the item is out of stock. If there is a defect, please check the following and contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will respond as soon as possible after receiving your contact. Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases, so please be sure to check the following before contacting us via the inquiry form.
・In the case of exchanging or returning a product (color or size) ・In the case of damage or scratches that are the customer's fault, or if the product has been used even once ・In the case of the product tag being damaged or removed ・In the case of the bag, tag, or accessories included with the product being missing ・In the case of losing or discarding the delivery note/invoice included with the product (in the case of Yu-Packet, the delivery note will not be included)
- If the reason is individual, such as the product having a strong smell - If you contact us more than 7 days after delivery - If the product has been washed even if it has not been worn - We cannot accept unilateral requests for return, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
Credit card payment is completed when you order the product, so depending on the credit card company's closing date, you may receive the bill before the product arrives.
If the product does not arrive as scheduled and your order is cancelled, we will cancel your credit and the amount will be deducted from your next month's bill, so please rest assured.
Changes can be made to items that are not yet prepared for shipping. Please contact us using the inquiry form.
After placing your order, you can check your purchase information from the email that is automatically sent to your registered address.
Also, by registering as a member, you can view your order history on your My Page after logging in, so please feel free to use this service.
We do not accept cancellations or exchanges due to customer convenience.
In addition, unauthorized returns (defective products only) without prior notice will take time to process, so please contact us in advance using the inquiry form.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
You can check the delivery number using the delivery company's parcel inquiry system.
After placing your order, you can check your inquiry number from the email that is automatically sent to your registered address.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address at the time of purchase or due to the storage period having expired, we will cancel your order as soon as the item is returned to our store.
We are unable to resend your order, so we ask that you please make the purchase again via the website.
