[About canceling products]

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed.

[Regarding returns and exchanges]

We cannot accept cancellations or exchanges due to customer convenience. In addition, returns without prior notice (only defective products) will take time to process, so please contact us in advance using the inquiry form.

[Returns and exchanges of defective products]

We do our utmost to inspect and check the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will exchange the product. Returns are only accepted if the product is out of stock. If there is a defect, please check the following and contact us via this email form within 7 days of receiving the product. We will respond as soon as possible after receiving your contact.
